* Select your book(s) from the library page, both author and title (Maximum of two books at any one time). ASK Trust will charge you $5 per book plus postage (pre-paid return post bag sent with books). However, regular borrowers may find financial benefits by choosing ASK Trust's
optional annual library fee: An alternative to paying $5 per book is to pay $30 for the financial year (1st April to 31st March) to borrow as many books as you like (maximum two at a time)that year. Postage costs will still apply as usual, but no loan-per-book fee. |

* If this is the first ever time you've requested a loan from the ASK library, we'll also send you a "Library User" form to complete and sign.
* You pay the fee we send you and we post the books. REMEMBER, confirm with us by email the bank reference you used AND the date of your funds transfer. This is how we identify the bank deposit as yours. Our bank details are below:

(Important Note about BANK TRANSFERS: Most bank transfers will show overnight in the account receiving it. HOWEVER, depending on the bank, a transfer done on late Friday afternoon may not SHOW in the ASK Trust account until Tuesday morning. As a Charitable Trust with strict accounting, we cannot post goods until we actually SEE the deposit in the ASK Trust account. The sender's account may show the transfer as done probably on the previous Friday, but we cannot go by that, sorry).
